As new members of Tastes of Anglia, we will be taking our food safety courses on the road to the Feast East Event on the 13th and 14th February 2013 at the Norfolk Showground.
This trade only exhibition is aimed at suppliers involved in all aspects of the hospitality, catering and leisure markets and the event later this month at the Norfolk Showground will combine regional food and drink producers with exhibitors relevant to the industry. Britannia fits the profile of the latter with CIEH and HABC food safety courses to showcase.
Accredited to the HABC, Britannia offers a range of their courses from first aid to food safety and risk assessment. The HABC have specialised in their specific area for a deliberate reason – they can devote all of their experience and resources to delivering a better, more focussed certification. Their accredited qualifications also can be inserted on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
As well as providing qualifications the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) it also sets standards and provides information, evidence and policy advice in public and private sectors. The CIEH’s aim is to promote improvements in environmental and public health policy. Britannia is a registered training centre and offers some of the 50 certification training programmes available from CIEH.
